Well, a busy week ahead, for me and I thought I’d share this with you.
A side table with drawer. Would be great for a hallway, or extra side table around the house, even used as a desk for studying perhaps!
Most likely originally painted, as the legs are beech, and the rest is pine. Having been recently waxed, looking good now.

Aha! When I was a child months used to have slogans or something that described the month, such as “IN LIKE A LION, OUT LIKE A LAMB”.
Flaming June was hot, so it seems like a long tome ago since I took this photo, last Sunday, but after 2 days of rain, no beekeeping and half a vehicle still loaded here is the view as I left Bibury Sunday evening!

Well, not a secret hoard of ancient ruins, but with some summer weather, maybe playing marbles in the sun could be a pleasant pastime! These were spotted at the last event, so they may still be available.
Pop along on Sunday to find out, could be the addition of a world championship event in the offing, no, not for me to organise, but I’d probably come and watch.

Sunday sees us return to Bibury Village Hall, we will be joined by a new dealer, and I look forward to meeting him and his stock!
Here is a view of a fun letter rack for sale from last month.
We can be found from 10 am to 4pm, and from around noon, there will be tea, coffee and cakes for sale, something to eat and drink whilst deciding on little treat to take home perhaps?

Well, what am I on about you may well ask!
This storage label was found a few months ago on the back of something, and I can’t remember what it was, maybe I’ll find it again, or maybe it has gone back to the client!
It made me laugh as it made me think of the films of Indiana Jones, but I can’t recall what his dad was called!

Sunday May 7th, opening at 10am!
Light refreshments for public include cake, scones, tea, coffee……

Are you sitting comfortably? Well, here is a small chaise which may be on show at the next Bibury Antiques Fair on May 7th.
If you have time, and like The Cotswolds, then Bibury is one of the many places to visit, and can be quite a gem.
Pop into see us from 10am to 4pm at The Village Hall and find a gem to take home, or buy the little chaise to store a few gems in!

Time rolls on as ever and our next event in Bibury Village Hall will be on May 7th, open from 10am to 4pm.
We shall have a great display for you, and we have a couple of new dealers to us, to fill the gap made by others family commitments, so a surprise for all of us.
I have been busy doing a few restoration projects and some of my work will be on show, meanwhile this is a selection from John’s stand, he always has some interesting things, treen, ceramics, glass and metalware being amongst them.
