Just to say that Bibury Antiques Fair is this Sunday, May 6th.
We are full and will have a fabulous display for all to see.
If anyone can offer a helping hand to the buyer of this please feel free, it’s heavy and for sale this Sunday, first day out too! Georgian Bureau with a fabulous interior and excellent presence to it, just stands so proud and solid. Looks great but also very useful, many offices would be improved by something like this, here it is just been loaded into the car!
Hello, and with just a week to go until Bibury Antiques Fair returns we are are busy and hoping the weather will be kinder to us than it was in March.
Amongst the dealers stock exhibited, one may well find this, a sign which just says all it needs to…….
So, please ask there is anything I can help with, we open at 10am and close at 4pm, from noon, refreshments will be available. Please call in and enjoy the fair.
Wow, what a bright sunny day on Sunday and so clear, could see for miles.
Tonight, well, minus 3 here, which not cold for many, but the Camelia is well wrapped as it was doing so well this year too, but I fear this may upset the buds if it gets colder.
The plan (subject to being frozen out or snowed in!), is to have our first Bibury Antiques Fair this coming Sunday, March 4th. The weather may well interfere with this, so please call, and unless I add news to the contrary, we will be on show, and I’m looking forward to it, this barometer may be there, and look, as I suspect the gauge will be different then too!
Bibury Village Hall will be the location for us to return to from March 4th, won’t be long now! We will be on show until and including our November event.
Call in and see who will be with us, and what delights we have managed to muster since we were there last November!
Over the next week, I’ll be adding a few photos of what may well be there.
Well, Bibury Antiques Fair opens on March 4th, and so this time next month, I’ll be emptying my car and sorting out all the bits of paper and blankets etc!
Pop into see us and see how many chairs are there, here is one which may well be, hope you like it. I’ll try to have a nice small table to compliment it too!
Bye for now and have a good week!
As we get nearer to the first Bibury Antiques Fair of 2018, I thought I’d tell you that I have been working on a nice chest of drawers which will be there for sale on March 4th, amongst other projects too.
We open at 10am and close at 4pm, if like last year I hope the event can be enjoyed by both visitors to the area, and locals alike. Although a small event, we do have some lovely stock lined up for everyone to enjoy and buy!
As I was polishing these handles and drawers, I thought I was “getting to grips with things!”
See you there perhaps?
